Project Overview
Forever Gems is a Mobile application designed for the users looking for Jewelry products, also our aim is to provide users the convenient browsing and purchasing options and deliver excellent customer services such as Catalog including high quality image, detailed description regarding product and many more
Problems
Shopping Jewelry in person requires users to allocate time and visit multiple stores due to limited stock, lack of information, high prices, sales pressure, and limited convenience which makes users feel Exaggerated.
Goal
Express aim is to solve these problems by providing a user- friendly mobile application so that Users can interact from anywhere and can access to multiple options with detailed description regarding product including the high-quality images with customer reviews so that users can freely enjoy shopping Jewelry without any incertitude.
Research
In the User Research conducted for the Forever Gems a variety of methods were operated to acquire insight audience’s preferences and needs on the other hand when it comes to shopping Jewelry online. This include conducting surveys, interviews, user testing sessions. Initially assumptions were made regarding the problems faced by the users while shopping in person. However after conducting Research it was found that user had a wide range of preferences and specific desires which shape the design decision to allow users to shop Jewelry online with a user friendly application
User's Pain Points
Physical Jewelry stores have limited inventory due to space constraints user may find it challenging to find the specific type, style, or design of Jewelry they are looking for.
Shopping Jewelry in person requires users to allocate time and visit multiple stores to explore different options which makes users feel exhausted specially when the desired product is readily available.
Physical Jewelry stores often have overhead costs, which results in higher prices for the Jewelry items and User may feel that the prices are not competitive or that they are not greeting the best value of the money.
User may feel challenging when it comes to return or exchange of the product although some of the Jewelry stores have their own strict terms and conditions which makes Users feel cumbersome.

Anisha is a University student with a busy lifestyle. She values convenience and quality in her online shopping experiences. As a frequent user of digital platforms, she appreciates apps that offer a seamless and user-friendly interface. Anisha seeks an E-Commerce Jewelry app like Forever Gems that can provide her with a wide range of beautiful, Elegant Jewelry products, saving her time and ensuring the quality of the Products she sends
